This puppy has been well taken care of, looked after properly, and fed top premium
puppy food. This puppy has been wormed and given its 1st booster. We believe that this
puppy is in good health condition due to watching this puppy thrive and grow properly
for the past several months. We give you the opportunity to take this puppy to your
veterinarian to have it examined by someone you know and trust to assure you that this
puppy is indeed a healthy puppy. We offer several benefits listed below to our clients
who purchase puppies from Eagle Cross Kennel.
EAGLE CROSS KENNEL CONTRACT GUARANTEE
We will give you the buyer FOUR days in which to have the puppy examined by your
veterinarian. If a serious health condition is diagnosed the puppy may be returned after
the vet visit to Eagle Cross Kennels for a replacement of the ill puppy for a new puppy.
At no time will any money will be refunded for the ill puppy. Eagle Cross Kennel does
not consider Coccidia, Giardiasis, worms, ear mites, and other treatable conditions as
serious enough ailments to be returned for a new puppy. Eagle Cross Kennel will supply
all the medication for these problems. If the puppy is returned due to a serious illness, a
letter from the veterinarian is required. This includes death or illness from any health
condition deemed to be present prior to removal of the puppy from seller's premises. All
expenses of the puppy's first examination within the FOUR days are the buyer's
responsibility. If the puppy is returned due to a serious illness the buyer may choose
another puppy or wait till another puppy is available if none is preferred by the client.
The client will have up to 2 years to choose a puppy of their choice. Sale puppy replacement is up to the cost of the purchase price of the puppy.
EAGLECROSS GENETIC HEALTH GUARANTEE
There will be a 2-year health guarantee on the puppy. If the puppy should incur any genetic issues known to the breed or recognized by the AAHA (American Animal Hospital Association), Eagle Cross Kennels will replace the puppy/dog with another. The buyer will have their choice of any puppy of any breed, gender, or bloodline of his/her choice that is bred by Eaglecross Kennels. The buyer will have 1 year to choose another puppy from the date of a confirmed diagnosis from the veterinarian. Proof of any genetic disorder must be certified by 2 veterinarians. All information is to be supplied to Eaglecross Kennels on said disorders at our request. Eaglecross Kennels has the right to request further testing to be done for further proof of a genetic disorder, with costs to be paid by the buyer... We will not refund any money paid for the puppy considering this genetic problem, but we will replace the puppy with a new healthy one. Eaglecross Kennels will not guarantee size of your puppy when reaching adult age. All weights posted on our website are approximate weights due to parent size. This is not a guaranteed adult weight. All returns are at buyers cost, including personal delivery or air shipping.
SPAYING OR NEUTERING
Spaying or neutering must be done within the 1st year of life. We here at Eagle Cross
Kennel have strived to breed the best possible bloodline for you and your puppy. This
high standard of breeding is taken into consideration so that the health of this puppy is
beneficial to not only us but to you also. By preserving this bloodline we can only
protect the bloodline by requesting spaying or neutering by our clients.
CERTIFICATION ON YOUR PUPPY
You will be given certification papers (such as AKC or CKC) along with a genealogy of
the parents if you should choose to breed the purchased puppy. You will not receive copies of the parents AKC or CKC papers if you are not breeding.
BREEDING RIGHTS
If the buyer wants to breed this puppy in the future then a breeding signature below must
be signed on this contact. If the clients are not sure of breeding; rights can be granted
once Eagle Cross Kennel takes an evaluation of the breeding request asked by the clients.
All right are reserved by Eagle Cross Kennel to obtain a litter born within or outside of
Eagle Cross Kennel with a dog purchase though Eagle Cross Kennel. All puppies sold
from Eagle Cross Kennel come with limited breeding. No one shall breed without written
consent, paying a fee and having the first breeding done at our kennel with a proven stud
of the client's choice.

expenses incurred for my puppy throughout its lifetime. I will not ask for the purchase
price back to help pay these bills.
I ____N/A____ would like to breed this puppy in the near future. I agree to Pay to open up the limited registration of this puppy for $__________. I agree to return to Eagle Cross Kennel for my first breeding. I will choose a proven stud dog at Eagle Cross Kennel of my choice. I will also pay for stud service, the day of service.
THE BUYER AGREES
That this puppy will be give adequate and proper shelter and housed securely, shall not be
neglected, allowed to roam free, or mistreated in ANY manner. The puppy shall receive
proper veterinary care, annual inoculations and placed on heartworm preventative. Proper
nutrition and care shall be taken to maintain its proper weight. The puppy must be fed a
premium dog food.
The Buyer will notify the seller first if for any reason the buyer no longer wants or is able
to keep the puppy/dog. Eagle Cross Kennels shall have first rights of refusal if the
puppy/dog is to be sold or put to death in any way. If the seller does not wish to acquire
the puppy/dog, the seller agrees to help place the dog to another home if buyer agrees.
NO refund of money will be exchanged if any of the above should occur.
The Buyer agrees to not hold Eagle Cross Kennel responsible for any accident that may occur on the property while visiting the kennel.
TREAMENTS DONE: SEE VET SHEETS IN PACKET
Eagle Cross Kennel will not guarantee the health of the puppy if given a 7 way shot
before 1 year of age.
